We're hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead safe, efficient, and compliant maintenance operations across our facility. This role ensures facility infrastructure operates effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role creates impact in Fairless Hills, PA onsite during the 2nd shift (1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, Monday through Friday). Key Responsibilities: - Lead, supervise, and develop maintenance technicians, electricians, and support staff to ensure high team performance and skill alignment. - Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance processes to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability across the facility. - Maintain facility infrastructure and equipment to consistently support production needs and operational goals. - Promote and enforce a strong safety culture by adhering to OSHA, environmental, and internal standards to prevent incidents. - Track maintenance activities, asset performance, and KPIs using digital tools to drive data-driven decision-making. - Coordinate vendor and contractor services efficiently to ensure seamless maintenance operations and project execution.

- 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or processing environment, ensuring equipment reliability and safety. - Prior leadership or supervisory experience required to manage and develop maintenance teams effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD or ISO experience is a plus to support technical and operational tasks.
