We're hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and productionize machine learning systems, becoming a key part of the Data Science team within the Product and Tech group. This role creates impact by developing solutions for supply and demand challenges and optimizing logistics algorithms to ensure reliable, efficient, and profitable service in Berlin, working in a hybrid arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Research, implement, and deploy innovative ML techniques applicable to logistics problems to enhance operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. - Scale and transfer novel machine learning solutions to improve decision-making processes and product use cases, driving continuous enhancement. - Implement and launch Data Science applications coordinating with front-facing solutions, ensuring constant improvements with performant ML models.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Kubernetes for deployment, coupled with experience in AWS/GCP cloud services. - Strong problem-solving skills for complex issues, coupled with effective collaboration in cross-functional teams to drive best practices.
