We're hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and productionize machine learning systems within the Data Science team, integrating across product and tech groups. This role creates impact by optimizing logistics algorithms and solving supply and demand challenges in Berlin with a hybrid work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Research, implement, and deploy innovative ML techniques to solve complex logistics problems, enhancing decision-making processes across various product use cases. - Implement and launch data science applications, coordinating with front-facing solutions, to ensure constant improvements through performant and efficient ML models. - Develop tools, data pipelines, and evaluation frameworks to enable rapid development, iteration, and successful launch of new ML ideas within the product scope.
- Demonstrated experience in Machine Learning, developing real-time data streaming technologies for forecast or logistics products, focusing on scalable deployments. - Proficient in Python for coding and software engineering, with expertise in cloud services (AWS, GCP) and familiarity with Kubernetes for production. - Strong ability to work independently and solve complex problems, collaborating effectively with multi-functional teams to drive best practices.
