We're hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and productionize intelligent machine learning systems within the Data Science team, collaborating across product and tech groups. This role creates impact by optimizing logistics algorithms and solving supply and demand challenges for delivery operations in Berlin, operating in a hybrid work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Research, implement, and deploy innovative ML techniques to improve logistics problems, ensuring scalable and transferable solutions for enhanced decision-making. - Implement and launch Data Science applications that coordinate with front-facing solutions, constantly improving performance and efficiency of ML models for product use cases. - Develop tools, data pipelines, and evaluation frameworks to enable rapid development, iteration, and successful launch of new ML ideas within the defined product scope.
- Strong experience in Machine Learning, developing real-time data streaming technologies for forecast or logistics products. - Proficient in Python, cloud services (AWS, GCP), microservices, event-driven architecture, and Kubernetes for deployment in production environments. - Ability to work independently and solve complex problems, collaborating effectively with multi-functional teams to drive best practices and achieve product goals.
