Job description

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Remote Live Chat Agent to provide real-time support to our clients via our online chat platform. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, and you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless and satisfying support experience—all from the comfort of your home. - Respond quickly and professionally to incoming customer chats. - Assist with inquiries related to products, services, orders, billing, and troubleshooting. - Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality service. - Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when needed. - Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. - Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure issues are resolved.
