We're hiring a Lead Vendor Management & Operations to head the team responsible for managing and developing Lieferando’s external logistics partners. This role collaborates extensively across internal teams. This hybrid role directly impacts Lieferando’s logistics performance and growth, operating from Berlin-Kreuzberg three days a week with two days remote. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the complete operational management cycle for Lieferando's external fleet partners, guaranteeing seamless service delivery and network efficiency. - Drive continuous operational improvements by identifying performance gaps, implementing structured action plans, and ensuring adherence to KPIs and service levels. - Track and report external fleet partner performance, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders, providing data-driven recommendations for strategic decisions.

- Possess 5+ years of professional experience in logistics, operations, or vendor management, ideally within a last-mile delivery environment or similar. - Demonstrate a strong analytical mindset, proficient in utilizing KPIs and performance management frameworks for data-driven decision-making and operational improvements. - Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of effectively collaborating across commercial, operational, and technical functions.
