We're hiring a Lead Vendor Management & Operations to lead a team managing operational performance and development of Lieferando's German logistics partners. This role significantly impacts logistics performance and growth, based in Berlin-Kreuzberg with a hybrid work model for flexibility. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end operational management of external fleet partner portfolio, ensuring strong day-to-day execution and high service quality across the network. - Drive continuous improvements in delivery quality, reliability, and operational efficiency by identifying gaps and implementing structured improvement plans. - Track and report external fleet partner performance, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making and transparency.
