We're hiring a Lead Vendor Management & Operations to head a team responsible for operational management and development of Lieferando's logistics partners. This role significantly impacts Lieferando’s logistics performance, partner landscape, and network growth, operating in Berlin as a hybrid position. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end operational management of external fleet partners, ensuring strong daily execution and high service quality across the network for optimal delivery. - Manage overall external fleet partner performance, identifying gaps, implementing improvement plans, and driving continuous enhancements in delivery reliability. - Track and report external fleet partner performance, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decisions and KPI transparency.
