We're hiring a Lead Vendor Management & Operations to lead the team managing operational performance and development of external logistics partners. This role directly impacts Lieferando’s logistics performance and growth, based in Berlin-Kreuzberg with a hybrid work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee entire operational lifecycle for Lieferando’s external fleet partner portfolio, establishing clear governance and ensuring strong day-to-day execution and service quality. - Develop and maintain the external fleet partner performance management framework, utilizing key logistics KPIs to identify gaps and drive structured improvement plans. - Monitor, analyze, and report external fleet partner performance metrics, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders, providing data-driven recommendations and actions.
