We're hiring a Lead Vendor Management & Operations to head the team responsible for the operational management, performance, and development of Lieferando’s vendor logistics partners across Germany. This role directly impacts Lieferando’s logistics performance and growth, based in Berlin-Kreuzberg with hybrid work options, ensuring high service quality. Key Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end operational management of Lieferando’s external fleet partner portfolio, ensuring strong day-to-day execution and service quality. - Drive continuous improvements in delivery quality, reliability, and operational efficiency by identifying gaps and implementing structured plans and actions. - Track and report external fleet partner performance, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders, providing data-driven recommendations.
