We're hiring a Lead Vendor Management & Operations to lead the team responsible for the operational management, performance and development of Lieferando’s vendor logistics partners across Germany. This highly visible leadership role directly impacts Lieferando’s logistics performance, partner landscape and continued growth of the vendor logistics network in Berlin-Kreuzberg with a hybrid work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end operational management of Lieferando’s external fleet partner portfolio, ensuring strong day-to-day operational execution and service quality. - Establish clear vendor governance, ownership, and operational routines to identify performance gaps and drive continuous improvements in delivery quality and efficiency. - Track and report external fleet partner performance, risks, and escalations to senior stakeholders, providing clear recommendations based on insights and trends.
