We're hiring a Lead Vendor Management & Operations to head the team overseeing the operational management, performance, and development of Lieferando’s vendor logistics partners. This role directly impacts Lieferando’s logistics performance and growth, based in Berlin-Kreuzberg with hybrid work options, driving sustainable partner success. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end operational management of external fleet partners, implementing clear governance to ensure strong day-to-day execution and service quality across the network. - Manage overall external fleet partner performance using a structured framework and key logistics KPIs, identifying gaps and driving continuous improvement in delivery quality. - Track and report external fleet partner performance, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders, establishing structured reviews for data-driven decision-making and transparency.

Job requirements

- Possess strong professional experience in logistics, operations, or vendor management, ideally within last-mile delivery, demonstrating a high level of operational expertise. - Demonstrate a strong analytical mindset with proven experience in KPIs, performance management, and data-driven decision-making to drive continuous operational improvements. - Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels, collaborating effectively across commercial, operational, and technical functions to achieve common goals.
