We're hiring a Lead Vendor Management & Operations to lead the team responsible for the operational management, performance, and development of Lieferando’s vendor logistics partners. This highly visible leadership role significantly impacts Lieferando’s logistics performance, partner landscape, and network growth from our Berlin-Kreuzberg office in a hybrid work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end operational management of Lieferando’s external fleet partner portfolio, ensuring strong day-to-day execution and service quality across the network. - Drive continuous improvements in delivery quality and operational efficiency by identifying performance gaps and implementing structured improvement plans with external partners. - Track and report external fleet partner performance, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders, providing data-driven recommendations based on insights.
