Job description

We're hiring a Lead Vendor Management & Operations to lead a team responsible for the operational management, performance, and development of Lieferando’s vendor logistics partners across Germany. This highly visible leadership role will drive logistics performance and partner landscape growth, impacting Lieferando's continued success from Berlin-Kreuzberg in a hybrid work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end operational management of Lieferando's external fleet partner portfolio, ensuring strong day-to-day execution and high service quality across the network. - Manage external fleet partner performance using a defined framework and key logistics KPIs, identifying gaps and implementing structured improvement plans and corrective actions. - Track and report external fleet partner performance, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders, establishing structured reviews and data-driven decision-making for transparency.

Job requirements

- Possess strong professional experience in logistics, operations, vendor management, or marketplace operations, ideally within a last-mile environment. - Demonstrate proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, and managing complex external logistics partners or fleet relationships. - Exhibit strong analytical mindset with expertise in KPIs and data-driven decision-making, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels.
