Job description

We're hiring a Lead Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical integrity of the community, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This role preserves property value and enhances resident satisfaction by proactively resolving issues at the assigned apartment community (On-Site), providing strong operational support. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain optimal inventory levels for maintenance supplies and tools, ensuring all equipment is in excellent working condition to support daily operations. - Train and mentor all maintenance personnel, promoting a strong "safety-first" culture and ensuring compliance with HAZCOM standards across the property. - Establish and manage systems for prompt resident service, ensuring all work orders are completed within 24 hours to enhance resident satisfaction.

Job requirements

- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance or a related field, demonstrating strong operational competence. - Exhibit proficiency in property management software like OneSite or Yardi, Microsoft Office Suite, and hold valid CPO & HVAC certifications. - Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills for professional interaction with residents, vendors, and staff daily.
