We're hiring a Last-mile operations manager to lead and optimize the delivery network, ensuring operational excellence across various teams and markets. This role critically impacts customer satisfaction and business efficiency by driving KPI attainment and cost optimization for the Belgium market, operating in a hybrid mode. Key Responsibilities: - Drive network performance by achieving key KPIs like on-time delivery and courier efficiency, leveraging data analysis to identify improvement areas and optimize operational workflows. - Manage end-to-end budget accountability for delivery network costs, implementing strategies for cost per order reduction and optimizing courier fees and incentive structures. - Lead data-driven experiments and root cause investigations to continuously improve network outcomes, collaborating with central teams to assess results and implement approved changes.
- 3+ years experience with data and analysis tools, proven success in a budget-ownership role (incl. forecasting functions) managing operational targets. - Proficiency in using data and analysis tools for deriving actionable insights, identifying trends, and supporting network decisions. - Excellent stakeholder management skills to drive results in areas outside immediate responsibility, effectively influencing senior stakeholders through strong communication.
