Key Responsibilities: - Accountable for achieving network outcomes such as on-time delivery and courier rejections, rigorously tracking performance against set KPIs. - Identify and execute delivery network cost optimization efforts, managing budget accountability and forecasting functions to reduce cost per order. - Propose and support network experiments in partnership with central analytic teams, assessing outcomes to drive continuous operational improvements.
- 3+ years experience with data and analysis tools, coupled with proven success in a budget-ownership role including forecasting responsibilities. - Ability to leverage analytical tools for statistical and predictive modeling, applying insights to identify zone-level network trends. - Excellent stakeholder management skills to influence senior stakeholders and drive results in cross-functional areas, challenging the status quo effectively.
