This role creates significant impact by optimizing delivery networks and processes in Belgium, directly affecting customer satisfaction and business performance, working onsite. Key Responsibilities: - Accountable for network outcomes such as on-time delivery, delivery times, and courier rejections, leveraging data to drive improvements and achieve operational KPIs. - Manage budget accountability and identify/execute delivery network cost optimization efforts, focusing on cost per order and onboarding to ensure financial efficiency. - Implement and administer operational configurations for courier fees, incentives, and assignment logic for Israel, with central team support, maintaining desired performance.
- 3+ years experience with data and analysis tools, demonstrating proven success in a budget-ownership role including forecasting functions to drive operational targets. - Experience in quantitative fields such as Business or Engineering, with ability to get into details of complex network tools while keeping the bigger picture. - Excellent stakeholder management skills to influence key senior stakeholders, collaborating effectively to drive results and challenge the status quo for continuous improvement.
