Key Responsibilities: - Achieve network outcomes by taking end-to-end accountability for metrics like on-time delivery, delivery times, and undelivered orders, ensuring operational excellence. - Optimize delivery network costs by identifying and executing budget accountability efforts, including forecasting and cost per order, to drive financial efficiency. - Implement and administer operational configurations for courier fees, incentives, and assignment logic, collaborating with central teams to maintain network effectiveness.
- 3+ years experience with data and analysis tools, demonstrating expertise in extracting actionable insights and informing strategic decisions. - Proven success in a budget-ownership role, including forecasting functions, managing financial performance and optimizing costs effectively. - Excellent stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive results in cross-functional areas.
