We're hiring a Key & strategic account manager grocery & retail to manage key accounts and drive commercial success within the growing delivery segment. This role significantly contributes to customer satisfaction and market disruption in Switzerland by optimizing partner relationships and achieving targets onsite. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and build relationships with a portfolio of key accounts in grocery & retail segment (e.g. big supermarket chains), ensuring continuation of business and customer satisfaction through regular check-ins and performance reviews. - Develop and implement account plans for key accounts, including expansion potential, marketing activities, and increasing customer experience by leveraging data and strategic insights. - Lead or participate in negotiations with key accounts and prepare proposals for contracts, driving new partnerships and securing favorable terms for the company's growth objectives.

- 3+ years experience managing strategic/enterprise accounts in retail, gastronomy, or a service-oriented industry, demonstrating successful client portfolio growth. - Proficiency in G-Suite, Salesforce, or other CRM tools and reporting software, utilizing AI tools like Gemini or Claude for data analysis. - Highly developed communication, social, and networking skills, demonstrating reliability and responsibility in fostering trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
