Job description

We're hiring a Key Holder to support store operations and enhance customer engagement at our Marin Country Mart location. This role involves opening and closing the store, managing inventory, and ensuring a visually appealing storefront. The position is based in Marin County and follows a hybrid work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and retain strong client relationships through customer engagement and clienteling to drive repeat business and loyalty. - Open and close the store, including executing all related duties such as cash management, security checks, and daily reporting. - Communicate inventory needs to support business goals and ensure product availability for customers.
