Job description

We're hiring a Key and Strategic Account Manager to manage and perform key account management activities for selected Grocery & Retail Key Accounts. This role creates significant impact by expanding Just Eat's delivery services, disrupting the market, and securing customer and partner loyalty within Switzerland in a hybrid work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and build strong relationships with a portfolio of key grocery & retail accounts (e.g., big supermarket chains) to ensure business continuity and optimal customer satisfaction. - Lead or participate in negotiations with key accounts, preparing comprehensive proposals for contracts with potential partners and advising on optimal use of JET's solutions. - Prepare, explain, and follow-up on detailed management reports related to sales performance, ensuring accuracy and providing actionable insights for strategic account development.

Job requirements

- Proven track record managing strategic/enterprise accounts in retail, gastronomy, or a service-oriented industry, demonstrating high-level responsibility and client advocacy. - Technical skills including G-Suite, Salesforce or other CRM Tools, Reporting Tools, and AI-Tools (Gemini, Claude, etc.) for efficient data analysis and client management. - High communication, social, and networking skills, coupled with a proactive entrepreneurial spirit, to build trust and drive results with key accounts.
