We're hiring a Key Account Manager to manage crucial key account management activities for selected Grocery & Retail Key Accounts in Switzerland. This role significantly impacts commercial targets and customer satisfaction, primarily operating onsite within the dynamic Swiss grocery delivery market. Key Responsibilities: - Managing and building relationships with a portfolio of key accounts in grocery & retail (e.g., big supermarket chains) to ensure business continuity and satisfaction. - Developing and implementing comprehensive account plans, focusing on expansion potential, marketing activities, and enhancing the customer experience. - Leading or participating in key account negotiations, preparing contract proposals, and analyzing management reports on sales performance for follow-up.

- 3+ years experience managing strategic/enterprise accounts in retail, gastronomy, or a service-oriented industry with proven results. - Proficiency with G-Suite, Salesforce or other CRM tools, reporting tools, and adept use of AI-Tools such as Gemini or Claude. - High communication, social, and networking skills are essential for building trust, fostering collaboration, and maintaining reliable relationships with key accounts.
