We're hiring a Key & strategic account manager grocery & retail to manage and perform key account management activities for selected Grocery & Retail Key Accounts, ensuring commercial targets and customer satisfaction. This role creates significant market disruption and strengthens loyalty in the rapidly growing grocery delivery segment across Switzerland, working in an onsite capacity. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and build relationships with major grocery and retail accounts (e.g., supermarket chains) to ensure business continuity and optimal customer satisfaction. - Develop and implement strategic account plans, including expansion and marketing activities, to enhance customer experience and drive growth. - Lead and participate in contract negotiations with key accounts, preparing proposals to secure new partnerships and expand market reach.

- 3+ years of experience in managing strategic/enterprise accounts within retail, gastronomy, or other service-oriented industries. - Proficiency with G-Suite, Salesforce or other CRM tools, reporting tools, and AI-Tools like Gemini or Claude for data analysis. - High communication and networking skills, demonstrating reliability and responsibility in client interactions and team collaborations.
