We're hiring a Key & Strategic Account Manager to manage and perform key account management activities, ensuring commercial targets are met and customer satisfaction is achieved. This role drives market disruption and secures loyalty for our expanding grocery delivery services, operating onsite in Switzerland to build critical partner relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Managing and building relationships with a portfolio of key grocery and retail accounts (e.g., big supermarket chains), ensuring business continuation and customer satisfaction outcomes. - Developing and implementing account plans, including expansion potential, marketing activities, and increasing customer experience to drive growth and engagement. - Leading or participating in negotiations with key accounts, preparing comprehensive contract proposals for potential partners to secure profitable collaborations.

- Proven track record (X+ years) managing strategic/enterprise accounts in retail, gastronomy, or service-oriented industries, demonstrating commercial target achievement. - Proficient in G-Suite, Salesforce or other CRM tools, reporting tools, and AI-tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) for effective data analysis, management, and strategic insights. - Demonstrates very high communication, social, and networking skills, consistently building trust and fostering strong, reliable relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
