We're hiring a Key & strategic account manager grocery & retail to manage and perform key account management activities for selected Grocery & Retail Key Accounts to achieve commercial targets and ensure customer satisfaction. This role creates significant impact by disrupting the market and fostering loyalty, operating onsite in Switzerland to develop the grocery and retail segment. Key Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with grocery and retail key accounts, ensuring business continuity and high customer satisfaction. - Develop comprehensive account plans for key accounts, focusing on expansion, marketing, and enhancing customer experience. - Lead negotiations and prepare contract proposals for potential partners, advising on optimal use of JET's solutions and offerings.

- Possess a proven track record of managing strategic/enterprise accounts in retail, gastronomy, or a service-oriented industry. - Demonstrate technical proficiency with G-Suite, Salesforce or other CRM Tools, Reporting Tools, and AI-Tools like Gemini or Claude. - Exhibit strong communication, social, and networking skills with a high level of reliability, essential for building trust with partners.
