Job description

We're hiring a Junior CRM Specialist to own end-to-end execution across local partner channels, engaging and empowering our B2B brand, while collaborating with teams in Amsterdam and Berlin. This role impacts how we communicate with restaurant partners, elevating their journey through CRM initiatives, operating in a hybrid mode from our Berlin Rummelsburg office. Key Responsibilities: - Build, schedule, and deploy localized B2B marketing, operational, and lifecycle campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, and basic automated journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Manage on-site partner channels by executing pop-up banners, opt-in banners, articles, and various content types across the Partner Hub and Knowledge Centre platforms effectively. - Oversee and maintain the local partner marketing communications calendar to ensure alignment, optimize execution efficiency, and achieve optimal contact frequency for partners.

Job requirements
