We're hiring a Junior CRM Specialist to own end-to-end execution across local partner channels and drive the CRM agenda for partner communication. This role enhances how we communicate with restaurant partners, creating impact in Berlin through a hybrid work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Build, schedule, and deploy localized B2B marketing, operational, and lifecycle campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, and automated journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Manage on-site partner channels by executing pop-up banners, articles, and content types across the Partner Hub and Knowledge Centre, ensuring consistent communication. - Use data tools like Tableau, Salesforce, and Google Sheets to extract performance insights, track campaign metrics, and continuously optimize partner communications.
