Job description

We're hiring an Integrations Engineer to build and maintain scalable connections between our platform and global partner ecosystems. This role operates in a hybrid model across Rotterdam, Groningen, Dusseldorf, or London, blending technical ownership with cross-functional collaboration. As an Integrations Engineer, you will design, implement, and troubleshoot integrations with job boards, CRM systems, and ATS platforms while managing external partner communications. This role directly shapes the technical backbone of a high-impact HR tech platform, contributing to product improvements and independent technical decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Take full ownership of integration projects, guiding them from technical design to final implementation, ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs. - Develop and maintain REST, SOAP, and GraphQL APIs, handling OAuth authentication flows and troubleshooting technical bottlenecks in complex integrations. - Collaborate with medior and senior developers to refine architectural patterns, participate in code reviews, and contribute to process improvements that enhance platform performance.

Job requirements

- 1 to 3 years of experience in back-end development with PHP and MySQL, including writing clean queries and managing database structures. - Experience building and consuming REST and SOAP APIs, handling OAuth flows, and familiarity with GraphQL. - Proactive problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach, capable of working independently while collaborating effectively in a team.
