We're hiring an Integrations Engineer to build and maintain scalable connections that power our global HR tech platform. This role creates impact by enabling seamless integrations with job boards, social media platforms, CRM systems, and ATS, while fostering cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid work environment based in Rotterdam, Groningen, Dusseldorf, or London. Key Responsibilities: - Take full ownership of integration projects, guiding them from technical design to final implementation and ensuring alignment with external partners. - Build and maintain smart, scalable integrations with job boards, social media platforms, CRM systems, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) using REST, SOAP, and GraphQL APIs. - Collaborate with medior and senior developers to learn advanced architectural patterns, participate in code reviews, and contribute to process and product improvements. - Manage technical communication with external partners to align on integration specifications, coordinate testing, and troubleshoot bottlenecks. - Proactively contribute to technical decisions and product improvements, driving lasting impact in a fast-growing international tech company.

- 1-3 years of experience in back-end development with PHP and MySQL, including writing clean queries, structuring databases, and managing core back-end logic. - Experience building and consuming REST and SOAP APIs, handling OAuth flows, and familiarity with GraphQL. - Working experience with modern MVC frameworks, preferably Symfony, in a domain-driven environment.
