Job description

We're hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to disassemble, repair, and rebuild CNC spindles and related components for milling, turning, grinding, and routing equipment. This role supports manufacturers who rely on precision and reliability, ensuring production lines operate smoothly at the Ponca City location in a full-time onsite capacity. Key Responsibilities: - Disassemble, repair, and rebuild CNC spindles and related components to meet precision tolerances and performance standards. - Fabricate, assemble, and process mechanical and electrical parts to specification, ensuring accuracy and quality through inspection and testing. - Perform failure analysis and reassemble machine components, including spindles, drives, and assemblies, while safely using diagnostic and shop equipment.

Job requirements

- 3+ years experience as a CNC Maintenance Technician, Industrial Mechanic, or Machine Rebuilder with strong mechanical aptitude and electrical troubleshooting ability. - Experience with precision measuring tools (micrometers, indicators, gauge blocks) and spindle components (shafts, housings, drawbars, pistons, springs, tool changers). - Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings while safely using shop equipment (presses, hoists, grinders, drills, torches) and performing minor rework with manual lathe, mill, and drill press.
