We're hiring an HVAC Installer and Duct Mechanic to install and upgrade HVAC systems and ductwork in residential and light commercial settings across South Dade, FL. This role creates impact by ensuring reliable climate control for customers while maintaining high safety and quality standards in onsite work. Key Responsibilities: - Install HVAC systems, ductwork, and related components in residential and light commercial settings while maintaining high workmanship standards and professionalism. - Replace and upgrade existing HVAC equipment and duct systems, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and building codes. - Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to company safety standards, EPA/OSHA regulations, and project timelines to ensure jobs are completed on time and correctly the first time.
