Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute technical strategy for Logistics Services engineering, aligning with roadmap to deliver measurable improvements in integration reliability and platform performance. - Lead the DaaS, Integrations, and Tooling engineering domains, providing clear vision, technical direction, and ensuring robust delivery across all teams. - Shape architectural evolution across integrations layer and DaaS platform, moving towards high-performance, scalable, shared components to reduce duplication.
- 10+ years experience in engineering leadership, specifically leading large, distributed organizations (50–100+ people) within platform domains. - Demonstrated technical fluency in distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native platforms for scalable solutions. - Exhibit confident communication and stakeholder management, operating effectively at senior levels with both technical and non-technical audiences.
