- 5+ years experience in engineering leadership, managing large, distributed engineering organizations (50-100+ people). - Technical fluency in distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native platforms for B2B service development. - Confident communication and stakeholder management skills, effectively translating business objectives into a coherent technical roadmap.
