We're hiring a Head of Engineering, Logistics Services to lead the technical strategy, execution, and operational excellence across the Logistics Services pillar. This role creates significant impact by shaping scalable logistics platforms for partners and operations, working hybrid from Berlin or Canada. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the technical strategy for Logistics Services engineering, ensuring alignment with broader roadmaps and measurable improvements in platform performance and tooling quality. - Lead the engineering organisation across DaaS, Integrations, and Tooling domains, providing clear vision, technical direction, and ownership of delivery across all teams. - Shape the architectural evolution across integration layers and operational tooling, moving towards high-performance, scalable, and shared platform components to reduce complexity.
