Job description

We're hiring a senior engineering leader to head up engineering for our Logistics Services pillar, overseeing technical strategy, execution, and operational excellence across multiple teams. This role significantly impacts partner, operations, courier, and customer experiences globally, operating in a Hybrid work mode from our Berlin or Canada offices. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute technical strategy for Logistics Services engineering, ensuring alignment with broader Logistics and Technology roadmap to deliver measurable improvements in reliability and performance. - Lead the engineering organisation across DaaS, Integrations, and Tooling domains, providing clear vision, technical direction, and ownership of delivery across all your teams. - Shape the architectural evolution across the integrations layer, operational tooling, and DaaS platform, moving toward high-performance, scalable, and shared components to reduce duplication.
