Job description

We're hiring a Head of engineering, logistics services to lead the technical strategy, execution, and operational excellence for platforms connecting our logistics network. This role significantly shapes partner, operations, and courier experiences in Berlin or Canada, working in a hybrid arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute technical strategy for Logistics Services engineering, aligning with the Technology roadmap to drive measurable improvements in integration reliability. - Lead the engineering organization across DaaS, Integrations, and Tooling domains, providing clear vision, technical direction, and ownership for delivery across teams. - Foster an engineering culture based on technical excellence, experimentation, psychological safety, and continuous improvement to enhance team performance.
