We're hiring a Head of engineering, logistics services to lead the technical strategy, execution, and operational excellence of our Logistics Services pillar. This role profoundly impacts partner integration, operations efficiency, and external delivery capability, working hybrid from Berlin or Canada. Key Responsibilities: - Define technical strategy for Logistics Services engineering, aligning with the broader roadmap to improve integration reliability and platform performance. - Lead the engineering organization across DaaS, Integrations, and Tooling domains, providing clear technical direction and delivery ownership. - Foster a strong engineering culture of technical excellence, experimentation, and continuous improvement, developing leadership within the organization.
