Job description

We're hiring a Head of Engineering to lead the technical strategy, execution, and operational excellence for the Logistics Services pillar, connecting our logistics network with the outside world. This role creates significant impact by owning high-scale, real-time systems that integrate with partners and manage operations, working in a hybrid model from Berlin or Canada. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute technical strategy for Logistics Services engineering, aligning with broader roadmaps to deliver measurable improvements in reliability and performance. - Lead the engineering organization across DaaS, Integrations, and Tooling domains, providing clear vision, technical direction, and ownership of delivery for all teams. - Shape architectural evolution across integration layers, operational tooling, and DaaS platforms, moving towards scalable, shared components to reduce complexity globally.
