Job description

We're hiring a Head of engineering, logistics services to lead the technical strategy, execution, and operational excellence for platforms connecting our logistics network, power operations tools, and enable partners. This role significantly shapes partner, operations, courier, and customer experience through high-scale, real-time systems at the logistics network edge in Berlin or Canada (Hybrid). Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute technical strategy for Logistics Services engineering, aligning with broader roadmap and delivering measurable improvements in integration reliability and platform performance. - Lead the engineering organization across DaaS, Integrations, and Tooling domains, providing clear vision, technical direction, and ownership of delivery for all your teams. - Shape architectural evolution across integration layers, operational tooling, and DaaS platform, moving toward high-performance, scalable, and shared components to reduce duplication globally.

- 7+ years experience leading large, distributed engineering organizations (50-100+ people) with a focus on technical strategy and operational excellence. - Demonstrated technical fluency in distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native platforms, applying them to B2B or external-facing services. - Confident communication and stakeholder management skills to operate effectively at senior levels, influencing technical and non-technical audiences successfully.
