Job description

We're hiring a Head of engineering, logistics services to lead technical strategy, execution, and operational excellence for platforms connecting our logistics network externally. This role creates significant impact by shaping high-scale, real-time systems in Berlin or Canada (hybrid), directly influencing partner and customer experiences daily. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the technical strategy for Logistics Services engineering, aligning with roadmap to deliver measurable improvements in platform reliability and performance. - Lead the engineering organization across DaaS, Integrations, and Tooling domains, providing clear vision, technical direction, and ensuring delivery ownership across teams. - Shape architectural evolution across integration layer, operational tooling, and DaaS platform, building scalable, shared components to reduce duplication and complexity globally.
