We're hiring a Head of Engineering, Logistics Services to lead the technical strategy and operational excellence for platforms connecting our logistics network with the outside world. This role creates impact by building high-scale, real-time systems at the edge of our logistics network, working hybrid from Berlin or Canada. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute technical strategy for Logistics Services engineering, aligning with roadmap to deliver measurable improvements in integration reliability and platform performance. - Lead the engineering organization across DaaS, Integrations, and Tooling domains, providing clear vision, technical direction, and ownership for delivery across all teams. - Shape architectural evolution across integrations, operational tooling, and DaaS platform, fostering scalable components that reduce duplication and complexity globally.
- Significant engineering leadership experience, including several years leading large, distributed engineering organisations (50–100+ people). - Demonstrate technical fluency across distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native platforms, engaging meaningfully with engineers on complex technical problems. - Possess confident communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable operating at senior levels across technical and non-technical audiences.
