We're hiring a Head Coach to lead small-group personal training sessions, fostering a high-energy environment and delivering individualized coaching for adults 40+. This role creates impact by helping members achieve strength, health, and confidence in Phoenix, AZ at onsite sessions. Key Responsibilities: - Coach 25-30 small-group personal training sessions weekly, delivering safe, effective, and individualized workouts tailored to member abilities and goals. - Build meaningful relationships with 40+ aged members by understanding their goals, challenges, and motivations, ensuring engagement and retention. - Lead studio events and community activities, setting a professional and energetic tone while supporting a team-first culture and high coaching standards. - Modify and progress exercises based on member ability, ensuring safety and effectiveness during every session. - Create an exceptional member experience by celebrating progress, maintaining accountability, and fostering a positive training environment. - Support member retention through consistent encouragement, connection, and a clear path to achieving their fitness goals.

- 2+ years of coaching experience in personal training or group fitness, with a strong understanding of movement, regressions, and progressions. - Nationally recognized personal training certification OR a degree in Exercise Science, with comfort in coaching clients with injuries or varying fitness levels. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to lift 45+ pounds, with availability for early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.
