This hands-on leadership role drives technician performance, training, and job quality in Hutto, TX with a hybrid onsite-office work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and improve technician performance through regular ride-alongs and hands-on coaching to ensure consistent execution and accountability. - Oversee jobs call-by-call to increase close rate, ticket size, and customer experience while maintaining company standards for quality and professionalism. - Step in to assist with installs as needed to support team execution and uphold high workmanship standards during field involvement.
