- Possess 1+ years of production Golang experience or 2+ years in modern backend engineering with demonstrable Go proficiency. - Experience with Kafka, AWS (DynamoDB, S3), and Kubernetes, alongside skilled application of event-driven microservice design. - Exhibit strong communication and ownership, collaborating effectively through pair programming to deliver high-quality solutions.
