We're hiring a Global Director of Data Foundations & Governance to shape how data is governed and used responsibly across our global organisation. This critical leadership role sets the direction for data governance across markets and domains, creating lasting business impact through robust frameworks. Key Responsibilities: - Define and evolve enterprise data & AI governance strategy, establishing clear frameworks, standards, and controls for trusted, responsible innovation. - Partner with Tech, Product, Legal, InfoSec & business leaders to embed governance into platforms, products, processes, building shared accountability. - Establish AI governance frameworks covering model risk, training data quality, bias, explainability, lineage, and Generative AI for safe, ethical use.
- Extensive experience in data governance, data management, data product management, and enterprise data strategy, scaling capabilities in complex organisations. - Proficient with data governance tooling, data catalogues, data quality platforms, AI-assisted automation, modern data architectures, and cloud environments. - Exceptional leadership and communication, influencing senior stakeholders, building high-performing teams, translating complex technical concepts to business outcomes.
