This role creates impact by ensuring financial health, staff development, and brand compliance in Plattsburgh, NY, with onsite work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor hotel profitability by analyzing monthly P&L statements and initiating corrective actions to ensure financial health and growth. - Create and manage the annual budget for the hotel, ensuring alignment with brand and corporate financial goals. - Lead sales initiatives, including weekly teleconferencing and revenue management calls, to drive occupancy and revenue. - Pass brand-initiated Quality Assurance inspections with high results by addressing deficiencies and maintaining service standards. - Develop and oversee training programs for associates to ensure consistent execution of brand standards and operational excellence. - Manage human resources functions, including hiring, retention, and performance reviews, to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- 3+ years experience in a similar managerial role in the hospitality industry with full operational oversight responsibility. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and operational planning. - Strong organizational and team leadership skills to drive employee development, retention, and high-performance standards.
