Job description

We're hiring a General Laborer to support our production team in ensuring that finished product pallets meet storage requirements. This role directly impacts operational efficiency and product quality at our facility in Monterrey, working onsite in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assemble pallets of finished PET and glass products (I-MFA-PR-602), arranging boxes according to established order and verifying correct bottle counts, while reporting deviations to production supervisors to maintain quality standards. - Perform depalletizing of non-returnable PET or glass containers (I-MFA-PR-302) using full safety and hygiene equipment, ensuring defect-free containers for production lines to prevent contamination risks. - Actively participate in company programs (Quality, Safety, Environmental) by documenting improvements, ensuring compliance with legal norms, and proposing operational controls to mitigate risks and enhance sustainability.

Job requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in production environments, with a focus on quality control, process documentation, and compliance with operational standards. - Knowledge of quality assurance systems (ISO 9001, HACCP, ISO TS 22000) and safety protocols (OHSAS 18001, IPERC) to ensure product integrity and workplace safety. - Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and make decisions that align with company goals.
