We're hiring a General Laborer to support the preparation and storage of PET and glass product pallets, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. This role in our production team at the Topo Chico facility operates onsite, contributing directly to operational efficiency and product integrity in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assemble and organize pallets of finished products (PET/glass) according to established procedures, verifying correct bottle counts per box and reporting deviations to production supervisors to maintain quality control. - Perform manual, semi-automatic, and automatic unstacking of non-returnable PET/glass containers using full safety gear, inspecting for defects and ensuring hygiene to prevent contamination risks. - Actively participate in company programs (Quality, Safety, Environmental) by documenting improvements, complying with legal norms, and proposing operational controls to mitigate risks while optimizing resource use.
