Job description

We're hiring a General Laborer to ensure finished product pallets meet storage requirements and support operational excellence in our production team. This role in Topo Chico directly impacts product quality and safety, working onsite in a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Assemble and organize pallets of finished PET and glass products (I-MFA-PR-602), verifying correct bottle counts per box and reporting deviations to production supervisors to maintain quality standards. - Perform depalletizing of non-returnable PET or glass containers (I-MFA-PR-302) using full safety and hygiene equipment, ensuring defect-free containers for production lines to prevent contamination risks. - Actively participate in company programs (Quality, Safety, Environmental) by documenting improvements, complying with legal norms, and proposing operational controls to mitigate risks and enhance sustainability.

Job requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in production environments, with a focus on quality control, process documentation, or operational compliance. - Knowledge of quality assurance systems (ISO 9001, HACCP, ISO TS 22000) and safety protocols (OHSAS 18001, IPERC) to ensure compliance and risk mitigation. - Strong teamwork and leadership skills to collaborate across departments, mentor peers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
